REP identifies programs and services that are elements of the most successful systems. The identification of each program or service is based on the convergence of research, science, and best practice. One of the programs that REP recommends is the Resiliency Programming for Mentors (RPM). REP offers training to existing mentors and even offers contracted mentor services for schools seeking greater program flexibility and highly trained staff.
