REP trains school teams in a five-day intensive approach that is designed to mirror the brain-based learning process. This is the same process that school staff will utilize to implement the program in their school.

OUTCOME-DRIVEN

• Due to significant advancements in brain science, it is now known how habitual behaviors are developed. All persistent behaviors exist only when there are biological shifts in brain chemistry. Behavioral change is dependent upon a process that can stimulate the reward pathway in order to promote new behaviors.
• REP has incorporated this science into its unique training methods in order to meet identified outcome measures.
